About PRIM

Ivonne I. Rivera, Esq.

President

Ivonne began working for PRIM (Professional Records and Information Management) in 2003 as Off-Council in Law Compliance Issues. She went on to create PRIM1s Policies and Procedures and eventually established PRIM1s Compliance Department encompassing RIM legislation such as, Information Privacy and Data Protection Laws.

Ivonne holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Science and a Master Degree in Justice Systems (Specializing in Human Rights and Anti-Discriminatory Practices) and a Juris Doctorate from The Inter American University. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Elma Rivera

Special Project Director / Business Development

In addition to overseeing PRIM’s Special Project and Business Development departments, Elma also manages our Scanning and Imaging Section.

Elma directs PRIM’s subcontracted Data Entry workforce and prepares all Client Production Reports. She also functions as PRIM’s Technical Support and Disaster Recovery Specialist.

Elma holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Psychology.

Elma has completed courses concentrating in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolutions Mediation Techniques)
